Memorable Verse
"But you, O Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, you descendants of Abraham, my friend, I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am our God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Isaiah 41: 8-10

Sorry it's been so silent
Well, the end of a long run of super extreme busy-ness has finally come to an end. Hopefully I'll be busy now and not extremely busy. The boys were in town, the weekend of the 21st. Then the following weekend (last weekend) Josh was finishing up his time here. He left earlier than expected, last Monday. He has 11 days left before heading off to Iraq, so I spent his last weekend hanging out with him as much as possible. This weekend, I babysat from Friday night through Monday. And then there's Bodie. My wonderful and amazing dog that won't give me any peace. Ever. And of course he has to poop in the house. And pee in the house. Always a lot of fun. Today he managed to sneak into my mom's room and crawl under her bed ands poop. I couldn't reach it and there's not enough room in here to move the bed. But with my incredible ingenuity, I was able to remove the poop. First, I took my mom's reacher (a tool she got when she had her knee replaced. It can pick things up from a distance). Then I covered the reacher with a plastic bag. And I was able to get all the poop up on the first try. And after that, thank goodness for Swiffers! I really hope he learns soon how to not poop on the floor. It's driving me insane. Anyway, I would love to continue typing, but I tied my dog to a post outside, because he didn't want to come in, but I think I should probably go get him now.

Been there, done that! Bo used to crawl under our bed at married student housing and poop all over the place. Little stinker...
